Friday Prez Odds Update

GOP:
- The only significant development in the '08 Presidential race this week was Bob Woodward's assertion that Dick Cheney will run for President in 2008. In light of that, I'm upping Cheney from 60:1 to 25:1. If he gives any hint that he might, he'll rise up the ranking very quickly.
